I had a sensational staycation at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental. From the smooth check-in process to the good surprises in my suite, every detail was well thought out. The dining options were stellar, though the breakfast service could be a bit slow. Overall, it was a wonderful escape in the heart of Central, and I can't wait to return.

My stay at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental was nearly perfect, thanks to magnificent service and a prime location. The room was spacious and well-equipped, making it very comfortable. However, the breakfast in M Bar didn't meet the high standards set by the rest of the hotel, just a bit lackluster. Overall, I'd definitely return for the excellent service and luxurious amenities.

I had a pretty decent stay at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, but it wasn't without its bumps. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Central, making it perfect for business. The service was warm and welcoming, but I experienced a few hiccups, particularly during breakfast. Overall, while it had its shining moments, I left feeling somewhat mixed about my experience.

Rooms

The L900 suite is stylish and modern, but the frosted glass sliding doors between rooms were a major letdown for my family. They didn't offer the privacy and noise insulation we hoped for, especially with a baby in tow.
Service

The staff were truly friendly and engaging, especially at check-in with Guillaume. However, breakfast service at MO Bar didn't live up to the standards I expected, with several service delays and misunderstandings.

You really can't beat the location. It's right in Central and super close to the Landmark shopping area and MTR station. I loved that I could easily navigate the area without stepping outside too much.
Dining

The breakfast buffet at MO Bar featured a great variety, and the food quality was great. Still, the service during breakfast left much to be desired, which put a damper on the experience.
Facilities

The amenities provided for families traveling with babies were pretty comprehensive, but it felt like the layout of the suite could've been better optimized for comfort and convenience.

My stay at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong was a blend of highs and a few lows. The location is excellent, right in Central, making it easy to explore the area. I was wowed by the serene indoor pool and the fantastic breakfast at SOMM - truly the best in HK! However, the service felt lacking at times, and I wish the room's comfort matched its luxurious appearance.
